Kauai

a lovely mountainous, lush green island floating in the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific....

Known as the Garden Island, Kauai is one of the wettest spots on earth with rainfall up to 460 inches per year.  It boasts 90 miles of the most beautiful coastline.
Na Pali Coast with it's 2,000 foot sea cliff
The beauty of Kauai Hawaii is so breathtaking.  lovely scenery--jagged mountains, canyon, multitudes of waterfalls pouring out of lush tropical greenery, beautiful sand beaches, tropical fish, whales, dolphins.
Waimea Canyon

  9. The first photo on the post are the crayon rolls I made when Mom called for more. I just didn't shoot the photo with them filled--trying to fight the disappearing sun and getting them packaged!

  20. So cool! I'm not pretty annoyed we're not getting there on this trip. It's only about 30 miles from Oahu and plane tickets are $74 round trip, so I'm hoping to go for a weekend some time!
